Agreement to Terms
By accessing postvista.com or engaging Post Vista (“we,” “us,” “our”) for SEO, content writing, or digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Post Vista provides SEO, content writing, link building, guest posting, website audits, and related digital marketing services as described on our website or in a signed proposal/agreement with a client.
Plans and Payment
- Services are billed monthly (Starter, Growth, or Authority plans) or per agreed project scope.
- Payment is due in advance of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is settled.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to active clients.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for work already completed or in progress.
- Specific refund terms for one-time projects will be outlined in the individual service agreement.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., website, Google Search Console, analytics), accurate business information, and timely feedback needed to deliver services effectively. Delays in providing this information may affect project timelines.
No Guaranteed Results
SEO and content marketing results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side implementation. Post Vista does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the final content and deliverables created specifically for them. Post Vista retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Post Vista is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of profits, traffic, or rankings.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information shared during the engagement private and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of our services, with notice where reasonably possible.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in [insert your jurisdiction — likely Pakistan, given where Post Vista operates], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
